Am Pregnant, Considered High Risk Because Of IVF. Am Spotting. Can I Masturbate? Risky?
Hi, I am 4 1/2 weeks preagnant. My preagnancy is considered a high risk, because of the fact that its an IVF and I am 41 and I am spotting from time to time. But my doctor said that its ok to have sex. If I am spotting- not to have sex. But I am shy to ask about if its ok to mastrubate. So is it ok to mastrubate and have the internal contractions? Would it do any harm?

Hi,
as you have high risk pregnancy with IVF, it is not advisable to go for masturbation as it may spread infection from the stuff you use.
there is also a possibility of having some contraction or some intra abdominal pressure affecting pregnancy.
