Am Spotting Between Periods During Ovulation. Now Have Dark Brown Spotting. Breasts Tender. Had Removed A Polyp. Suggestions?

Hi my name is Lorna I am 45 years old. for 3 months I have been spotting inbetween periods usually during ovulation. However this month I started spotting few days after the end of my period and still am, my due date is 27th Sep. The spotting is dark brown. My breasts have remained very tender and I also got a few painful spots on my face. 4 years ago I had similar symptoms and I had removed a polyp could it be possible that it has once again developed, or something more serious, I have just had a smear test which was normal. My doc suggested an ultrasound. Thanks

Hi it appears that you have pelvic infection, polyps, ovarian cyst, or fibroids in their begening.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. for diagnosis. Thank you.
