Anal Bumps, Itchiness, Blood In Stool, Pain While Defecating. Symptoms Of External Anal Hemorrhoids? Treatment?

Hi, I am a 20 year old female who has been living in South America for 1 month and will be here for another 3. I believe that I have external anal hemorrhoids but I want to know if my symptoms are correct with the self diagnosis and what treatments you suggests for the home. My symptoms: anal bumps, itchiness, soreness, blood in stool, extreme pain while defecating. These symptoms have been for approximately one week with no treatment. However, recently, I have not pooped for two days and when I feel the need to defecate, it feels as if I have yet only a small, liquidly, and bloody amount has come out. Does my self diagnosis sounds correct and what should I do?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having,
1, fissure in ano,
2, internal hemorrhoids.
Severe pain during deification indicates fissure.
If blood comes before passing stool usually it is from fissure and blood comes after stool, it might be from bleeding piles.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Avoid constipation.
Take laxative daily at night.
Take more fiber containing diet.
Take plenty of water.
Take one course of antibiotic to tackle with infection.
Ok and take care.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
