I am suffering from anal fissure & extended piles since last 4 yrs. I face the problem mostly whenever i have constipation even if very little. also whenever i am stressed,the problem rises. i have tried so many medications & controlled the problem previously. this time I had bleeding & pain since 2/3 weeks. even after controlling the constipation the pain & bleeding was not recovering. it was coming back after 1/2 days. So last week i started using proctosedyl ointment. according to the indication i used it for 7 days. but it didn't help too much to reduce the pain & bleeding for first 2/3 days. later reduced the symptoms but it wasn't like before i used this ointment, which means didn't recover properly maybe because i couldn't make my bowel soft enough initially & also i was having 2/3 times bowel movement everyday because of using so many things to avoid the constipation. i just finished the seven days course of the ointment 3 days back. but after that i am still feeling little pain. still continuing with lactulose & fiber drinks with lot of water everyday to avoid constipation. but the problem is i am having 2/3 times bowel movement everyday for which today feeling severe pain & also there was little blood i saw after the bowel on the toilet paper. i have exam on the next week. but i cannot study properly because of this problem & also very scared. what can i do temporarily to recover properly & sit for the exam without this suffering?
