Anal Itching. Different Diagnose By Different Doctors. Anything To Worry?

Hi, I have been having anal itching for a few years, i have been to several doctors and my primary care told me it was eczema.but today i went to planned parenthood to get tested for yeast and they told me it may be genital herpes and want me to test for it.i don't have any sores it's jut itchy, should i be concerned?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since you mentioned that itching in anal region is from last many years, so may be
1 Particularly this type of itching is more during night time, main reason may be anal dermatitis due to allergy , can be confirmed by dermatologist .
2 Hemorrhoids also causes such type of mild itching , can be confirmed by physical examination by a surgeon.
3 Worm infestation is another cause.
Now in my opinion first of all take d'worm treatment and local clotrimazole application will provide instant relief as in many patients I am using this treatment.
If hemorrhoids then take its treatment.
