my angiography report is Left main coronary artery is Normal Left anterior descending artery- Type 3 vessel MID LAD 50% PLAQUE AFTER D1 WITH CALCIUM LEFT CIRCUMFLEX ARTERY LCX SHOWN 705 LESION AT THE OSTIUM MARGINALS ARE NORMAL RIGHT CORONARY ARTERY -DOMINANT VESSEL. RAC SHOWNS MILD PLAQUE. PDA & PLV ARE NORMAL. FINAL DIAGNOSIS IS CAD- SINGLE VESSEL DISEASE. WHAT IS ADVISE FROM YOUR SIDE SURGERY OR MEDICIAN ONLY? age 55 YEARS.

you need a stress thallium scan to confirm whether the blockage requires medication or needs angioplasty.
