Welcome to HCM.
Pain with swelling suggests soft tissue injury and black bruise indicates some blood collection inside called hemetoma formation.
Apply ice 3 to 5 days.
Local application of nsaid gel will be helpful to some extent.
Start nsaid with serratiopeptidase for 7 to 10 days.
Intramuscular injection of nsaid will be helpful to subside severe pain.
Otherwise avoid weight bearing on that leg.
Apply 4 inch Elasto bandage during movement.
Keep your leg raised as much as possible.
Consult orthopedician for further guidance and proper medications.
