Hello,
Well come to Health Care Magic. I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. In my opinion it could be chronic infection which is resistant to that perticular antibiotic or could be koch's lung(T.B) you must consult the chest physician and ask to get the culture and sensitivity of the sputum and for Acid fast bacilli for consecutive three sputum morning samples and also get the chest X-Ray P-A view.
Wishing a good health. Thank you.
