Anxiety,raised Gland,problem In Nose,dry Throat,burning Sensation In Lungs,blood Test Done

I suffer from anxiety usually due to health concerns. A raised gland or something in my neck for a few months has worried me to the point where my anxiety may have brought on other issues? My doc doesn't seem overly concerned about my neck at this point but I am having a general range of blood tests done. Over the last week I have had problems starting in my nose feels like my nose isn't warming the air making my nasal passages and throat cold dry very uncomfortable and now the cold burning type feeling feels like its in my lungs . I feel a bit head coldly and the strangest feeling in my eyes sort of like there's a draught blowing at them all the time they are open!! can't rest and can't stop stressing. I don't know if Im just making myself I'll or it could be something else.

Your problem has been rightly diagnosed as anxiety by you only. There are multiple glands in the neck normally and increase in size of one or mare is usually not of much significance if it is not associated with some specific symptoms. No such specific symptom has been described by you. You nose problem is also nothing to fear about. Please do steam inhalation few times daily, keep the humidity level of your room good, avoid contact of nose with very cold dry air for long times by covering it with some cloth while driving a two wheeler or sitting in an open vehicle. Take plenty of fluids. Do some relaxation exercises or yoga and take good sleep which a good workout can help in getting. Do not worry. Take care.
