Hi there.
If my reading of your history is correct, these blotches are all on 1 arm..the right arm...spreading from below to the upper arm & not very itchy.
Is it associated with any dull ache, tenderness, muscular type of pain in the region?
I suspect you may have early stages of ? herpes zoster that can present like this & is often missed by non-dermatologists'. Please do go & visit your nearest dermatologist or/& upload a clear digital image of the same on this HCM web-site.
Alternatively, it could be some sort of insect bite reaction or irritant contact dermatitis as it is unilateral.
The treatment needless to say will be based on the pucca diagnosis & wish you a clear skin soon.
Good Luck & Godspeed.
