Any Advise For Strange Feeling In Right Eye And Can See Shadows In Top Left Area Of Eye?

Hello

I have a strange feeling in my right eye and it twitches when I am tired and also I see a lot of shadows in the top left area of my eye as though someone is standing over me, I also see some flashing lights and I feel the need to keep my eye closed a lot to stop the pain. It's like a strain but is really starting to bother me.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having shadows and flashes of light in right eye.
These symptoms usually indicate problems with the retina and vitreous.
This requires evaluation and examination by a eye doctor to rule out common retinal diseases like peripheral retinal degenerations, retinal tear, posterior vitreous detachment.

Hence I advice you to consult your eye doctor for further examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
