What is a cheap guaranteed fertility pill I can take and get pregnant in under 1 month. Me and my fiancee are trying to conceive and we haven't had any luck in the past 6 months about a week ago he started taking speman and I started taking m2-tone. Is this a good start? Neither of us drink or do drugs but we smoke cigarettes but we have cut down alot! He has no children but has had 4 miscarages and I have had 2 live births and 2 miscarages. But we want to have a baby together. Can u help me?

The result of urine pregnancy test kit depends on the gestational age of the patient means if the serum beta HCG levels in the body are high you can get thick line. If you perform the test just after the missed period, there is possibility that you can get a faint line, which usually indicates early pregnancy or false pregnancy. To get the confirmation you can go for blood test for pregnancy.
If beta HCG levels are more than 25 mIU/ml it is confirmative of pregnancy. Beta HCG levels less than 5, mIU/ml will rule out the possibility of pregnancy and beta HCG levels between 5 to 25 mIU/ml indicates the possibility of pregnancy which needs further confirmation.
