Any Cure For Recurring Callus On The Bottom Of Right Foot ?

I have a recurring callus on the bottom of my right foot. 10 years ago I had surgery on a neuroma on the same foot, and a bone removed from my right small toe. However neither of these surgeries had anything to do with the front pad of the foot. My podiatrist did croyogenic surgery 6 months ago, but the callus came back more painful than ever. What should I do?

Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Dr. Praveen Tayal's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The growth of callus can only be reduced with cryotherapy. Since the callus is painful you can go for a repeat procedure. Taking pain killers till then will help.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
