Any Cure For Stomach Pain After Taking MTP Kit?

sir my wife is pregnet 1 Month she is teken mtp kit one tab oraly and Four tad intraveginaly 3 Day previous but this time she has higher stomac pain blooding is normal but pain is higer so i sagest diclofenec and cipox antibiotic please sugest me what i do any sirius problem

Hi thanks for your question.
First of all you stop diclofenac and ciplox.Diclofenac is not used for every pain and antibiotics are not used without infection. Both these drugs are known for increase in acid production from stomach. Stomach upset after MTP is normal. As MTP kit causes increase in acid production from stomach. Now .MTP increases acid output and causes lot of stomach disturbances.Diclofenac and ciplox further increase the acid output.so in way your fueling the fire with petrol instead of water. Give her antacid 4 to 5 times a day .She can also take acid blocking drugs like omperazole. Both.Both these drugs will give her relief from stomach upset. Consultation with a physician is encouraged.
Bottom line self medication is dangerous.
