Hello.
With your description ,it appears you have a "scleral Show".It is an anatomical condition resulting from the lower lid being lax. Also certain congenital conditions (cranio-facial defects) and traumatic conditions can result in a scleral show.Your condition appears to be due to a laxity of muscle tone and skin becoming elastic after child birth.Thyroid dysfunctions can cause the eyeball to be pushed out and result in a similar condition.
Please do check your thyroid profile. See an eye specialist.
If both are fine, you could consult a cosmetic surgeon or oculoplastic surgeon for cosmesis.
