Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for your query
After going through your query, my advice for you would be-
1. Try to maintain bodyweight as per your height with life style modification like avoid sitting/squatting on floor.
2. Regular exercise for hip with glucosamine (15oomg daily in divided doses) may help.
3. Take pain killer on SOS basis under medical guidance.
4. If the pain persists just visit an orthopaedic surgeon and discuss about joint replacement.
Take care
Hope this helps you
