since last 20 days i am suffering from pain in my anal and doctor confirmed it as a Anal Fissure.
I request you to suggest a better medicine (Ointment & tablets)

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of anal fissure then it could be due to constipation initially it can be managed conservatively like eating more fiber containing diet, drinking more water, if this fails to work then Procresuline ointment can be used, but the best option is surgery and in my opinion it needs to be tried, for better result hope this information helps.
