Any Other Option To Conceive Other Than IVF?

Hi,
My name is Kay. Me and my husband have been trying to have a baby for 6 years with very little success. We have been to see a specialist who gave us the option of I.V.F. Unfortunately we cannot afford it. We have tried ALOT of supplements for conception but to no avail. I was wondering are there any other alternatives to help us improve our chances without the huge price tag??
