Hi ! My mother has been diogosed with Lumber spondolysis and doctors have recommended few excercises , however nol helping much. Want to understand if there is permaneent cure for this, what time frame to expect for complete relief and what to expect out of these back excercises. Anything speciifc time tested remedy recommneded ? She's 65 yrs old, not in a great physical condition. regards, Rohit
