Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic

Acne is a common problem among the young. Treatment varies according to the severity of acne.
After reviewing your treatment history it seems that you have inflammatory acne. Moderate to severe grade inflammatory acne requires a combination of oral as well as topical treatments.
Your oral treatment comprises oral antibiotics and an oral retinoid. This is apt for the severity of your acne. Improvement in acne is usually noticeable in 2-4 weeks but may not be complete, therefore it is imperative that you continue with these treatments. I am sure that with continued treatment you would notice better results.
Topical treatment that you are using comprises a topical antibacterial i.e clindamycin, topical benzoyl peroxide and topical retinoid combination. This is a good topical regimen and you should continue with it.
The only thing I want to add is that you may opt for a few sessions of chemical peeling from your dermatologist.
Salicylic acid peel is very effective for acne and can be combined with the oral+topical antiacne treatment for faster results. A session of chemical peeling is usually performed at a doctor's office, once every 2 weeks.
It is important to follow up with your dermatologist every 2 weeks, so that your dermatologist can assess the treatment response and advice accordingly.
Lastly, masturbation has no role whatsoever, in causing or aggravating acne
