I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Chance of pregnancy is very less as you took I pill within 12 hour of sex. It is highly effective in preventing the pregnancy (95-98% success rate). So it has just 0-5 % failure rate.
But I pill can cause earlier period, delayed period by 1 to 2 week and heavy bleeding. So do not worry if period will delay by the 1 to 2 week. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.
Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.
Best regards, Dr. Sagar
