Any Side Effect Of Two MEFTAL Doses Given At Less Than 6 Hours Gap?
Hi. My wife has given 6ml of MEFTAL P syrup to our 5 year old son at 9PM and when he woke up at 00:30Hrs again . She realised that she has given the second dose before 6 hours. What will be the impact. What needs to be done. I am in Finland and my family is in India currently. Regards Uday CHoppalli

Mefenemic acid is a safe medicine and has wide range of safety.
Give pleny of fluids and bland diet.
Give medicine if required after 12 hours.
