Any Suggestion For A Diabetic Suffering From Crohn S Disease?
I AM CONSTANTLY HAVING TO USE THE BATH ROOM EVERY MORNING ESPECIALLY AFTER HAVING A CUP OF COFFEE.. I HAVE DIABETES, EXTREME PAIN IN MY LOWER LEFT COLON PRIOR TO USING THE BATH ROOM. MY STOOLS ARE LOOSE AND SOME TIMES WHEN I GO TO SLEEP AT NIGHT , I BECOME INCONTINENT. I AM A 61 YEAR OLD FEMALE. I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH DIABETES WHEN I WAS PREGNANT WITH MY DAUGHTER IN 3/23/74 I HAD AN EPISODE WITH MY HEART IN FEBRUARY OF 2013. I HAD TO HAVE A STENT PLACED IN ONE OF THE MAIN VALVES IN MY HEART. SHORTLY AFTER THAT IN JUNE OF 2013 I DEVELOPED THE H PYLORI VIRUS WHICH SETTLED IN THE LINING OF MY STOMACH AND IT PROCEEDED TO LEAVE ME WITH A HOLE IN MY STOMACH THE SIZE OF A FIFTY CENT PIECE.AND I LOST 50% OF MY BLOOD VOLUME. MY MOUTH IS SO DRY THAT MY CHEEKS SOMETIMES STICK TO THE INSIDE OF MY MOUTH. YOU HAVE A VERY KING FACE AND I HOPE THAT BY THE GRACE OF GOD THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO HELP ME. I HAVE CONSULTED WITH MY PRIMARY DOCTOR REGARDING THIS MATTER AND HE HAS FAILED TO COME UP WITH ANYTHING. TODAY WENT TO THE DENTIST AND AFTER HE LOOKED IN TO MY MOUTH, HE ASKED ME HOW LONG DID I HAVE CRONES DISEASE. I WORK FULL TIME AND I AM SUFFERING WITH THIS EVERY HOUR OF THE DAY. PLEASE, IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN DO TO HELP ME. MY OFFICE NUMBER IS 775-786-3734 I AM THERE UNTIL 5:00 PM BEST REGARDS THERESA VALENZUELA
hello dear Theresa , often diabetes may lead to GI symptoms. so, first control your blood sugar levels. you know, crohn's disease is an entity also known as inflammatory bowel disease. you need to consult a gastro-enterologist and get your diagnosis confirmed through further tests. though, not fully curable,it can be controlled substantially with the help of medicines. hope this helps.
