Any Suggestion For Child Suffering From Low Fever, Vomiting And Fatigue?

My seven year old son has had a low grade fever and has been vomiting for two days. He is fatigued and cannot stay awake for more than a couple of hours at a time. He cannot keep even clear liquids down and does not want to move from his bed. Any suggestions/causes come to mind?

Hai , How is he? Low grade fever with fluctuating temperature throughout day would be due many causes . Since he has vomiting along , I would rather think it as gastroenteritis. Did he take anything outside ? did he travel recently ? Hope he should become alright with antibiotic .
