Seem to be a chronic fungal infection OR intertrigo with secondary candidal infection
Chronic itching and scratching in groins can lead to the skin becoming dark and thick in that area which in turn elicits more sensation to itch, thus becoming a chronic itch-scratch cycle.

Any Suggestion For Continuous Itching In-between Thighs And On Rubbing Area Becomes Black?
Hi. Thanks for posting your concern at HCM Seem to be a chronic fungal infection OR intertrigo with secondary candidal infection Chronic itching and scratching in groins can lead to the skin becoming dark and thick in that area which in turn elicits more sensation to itch, thus becoming a chronic itch-scratch cycle. If i were you treating dermatologist i would have asked you to apply a topical antifungal cream twice daily for 2-4 weeks. An oral antihistamine will help you with the itching. An oral antifungal as well might be needed for 4-6 weeks take care regards
