Any Suggestion For Feeling Congestion In Ear During Mornings?

I stay in Bangalore and it gets really cold in the mornings. I feel like my left ear has got some congestion and tried removing it using buds. Even then it feels like partially blocked. If i hold my ear, it gets cleared and if i leave it, it feels like its blocked. Do you think using clear wax might be of any use ?

Otolaryngologist/ENT Doctor 's  Response
Hi,
The brief clinical history you provided is suggestive of accumulated wax in your left ear. Please avoid using ear buds to clean the wax. Wax solvents like clearwax could help be helpful to make the wax soft. I recommend you to use wax solvents for 4-5 days and meet an ENT specialist to get the accumulated wax removed.

Hope this helps

Regards,
Dr. Prasad
