Any Suggestion For Feeling Uncomfortable With Right Leg When Sitting Or Walking?
Hi. i have a query that i have uncomfortability on my right leg when i sit or walk. It started yesterday. I am feeling some nerve is getting pressed in my right lip. But i am not feeling any pain anywhere in the back or leg. Kindly suggest me what it is about because i am really worried.

whenever the nerve get compressed you have numbnes/tinglingsensation along with weakness of muscle.since,you don't have such symptoms,so relax and don't worry.
just do simple excercises and nutritious diet rich in calcium,vitamin D & B12.
