Hi.
Gone through the history:
Frequency of micturition and bowel movements with a significant loss of weight and weakness thereby needs to be fully investigated to find the cause.
I would suggest such a patient for a good clinical evaluation by a specialist Doctor and undergo tests of blood, urine, and stool. To go for ultrasonography to start with and CT scan only if warranted.
It is possible that he is suffering from something for which a proper diagnosis would have been made far earlier.
