Any Suggestion For Having High Blood Sugar, Dizzy And Fruit Smelling Breath?
Treatment for blood sugar over 500 for over several weeks and walk in clinic put me on 500 mg twice a day for the last two days with no change in blood sugar and feeling dizzy with fruity smelling breath. The clinic suggested a trip to the emergency room but can I get buy by direct admission without ER cost

Your symptoms and high blood sugar level suggests that you may be in diabetic ketosis which is an emergency.
This situation is treated by intravenous fluids and injectable insulin.
Oral medicine won't have any effect in this stage..
You must rush to ER as early as possible because such tupe of situations can not be handled in home.
