Any Suggestion For Having Light Mustardy Golden Colored Stool?

On and off for nearly a year, I've noticed lighter colored stools (deep, mustardy golden to light mocha color). They are firm, do not emit a strong smell, and back in October I had complete blood work with LFT (all within normal limits). It still bothers me, however, when I look down and see a lighter, golden color. I am not losing weight, no nausea, no fevers, no jaundice, no diarrhea, and my urine color is a normal, pale yellow. Any input is appreciated. Thank You!

Hi and welcome to HCM,
This usually indicates decreased bile outputs from liver/gall bladder. It can also be connected to mineral absorption, specially calcium and iron. You can add more iron supplements to thin out bile. Red beet leaves are good fort this. Track your diet.

Wish you speedy recovery

Thanks
