Me had loose motion with stomach ache and fever since last two days since than started to take medicine as follows Cifran CT twice daily and Decolic (sos) along with Eldicet one tab thrice, now things are becoming normal so please suggest me the further course of medicine I should take?

I really appreciate your concern, I would suggest to stop taking antibiotic because it may not be infection but it seems to be diarrhea due to dyspepsia, or food allergy, or nonspecific just be patient and take care for dehydration may not need any specific treatment, for abdomen cramp or pain Tab Dicyclomine three times in day can be used hope this information helps.
