Any Suggestion For Having Severe Vomiting And Diarrhea?

hello im on holiday to iraq and last night i ate some cold meat not rare just cold. this morning i woke up vomiting severly and bad bad diareahh what should i do i am scared to go to the doctors here they might presicribe medication that not presicribed for pregnant women. my baby had been kicking through the pain and vomiting but now it has stopped for about 5 hours no movement. what shoukd i do

I can understand your concern for your symptoms.
1) You have partially food related gastroenteritis which is inflammation to stomach and start part of small intestine. This inflammation is responsible for development of symptoms in your case.
2) Being pregnant with presence of repetitive vomiting and diarrhea might cause dehydration with is not good for your fetal child. This mandates you to hospitalize for prevention of dehydration.
3) Yes. Some of antibiotics which are necessary for gastroenteritis might not be given to pregnant mother and this restricts few available choices of antibiotics for treatment.

I would recommend you to consult physician and if required to get hospitalized.
