Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi,
Untreated or poorly treated hypothyroidism can cause tiredness, increased sleep and decreased interest in physical sex. Irregular cycles can also be due to that. If these symptoms are not improving with correction of hypothyroidism, you need additional investigation for evaluation of menstrual irregularities and decreased interest in sex. You should consult an endocrinologist for detailed evaluation.

Usual tests we do are:
Serum: LH, FSH, Prolactin, Testosterone, DHEAS, Blood sugars, lipids
Scanning: Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis
