Sir Good Morning, I hve problem to discuss, a clear n transparent liquid comes form penis without erection when i think or talk to my Girl friend....(without the erection), my self married , age 33............n now day when i usually come near to wife no desire to have sex.........even no erection during foreplay ...........plz suggest me.plz..........
