Hi there, I understand your concern regarding recurrent UTI of your daughter. I have many patients similar to your profile and I would like to share with you that if patients does not have any symptoms of UTI (like burning urination , pain while passing urine, increased frequency, fever) then bacteria in urine examination or few pus cells or bacteria in culture does not require treatment ( except pregnancy) as 5-10% healthy population have this finding.
