Any Suggestion For Sinus Infection, Cough, Tender Ears, Sore Throat, Ears Ringing?
I have been ill since early Sept. first allergies then a sinus infection. Last Sunday finished a 9 day predisone tx. Did not feel well taking the predisone. Still have cough, tender ears and sore throat. Also, a ringing started in my ears this summer and my energy level is very poor.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sinus infection, cough, tender ears, sore throat, ears ringing which means you are suffering from condition known as chronic sinusitis and infection is travelling to ear through eustachian tube leading to its dysfunction. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take nasal decongestant sprays, Antihistamines and antibiotic combination as infection is present. You should take plenty of liquids. Maintain proper oral hygiene. Put otogesic drops in ear. You should take steam inhalation. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. Go for paranasal sinus X ray and get puncture and drainage of sinus if required. Do warm saline gargles.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
