Any Suggestion For Skin Holes Around Eyes And Orbital Edema After Electrocauterization?
I had milia and 4 months ago an electro cauterisation was done. However, two skin holes remained around my eyes and an orbital edema after the procedure. . ( only on the left eye) I tried Hyaluronic drops to fill the holes , but it got worse. I am now with chamomile dressing on my left eye .Any advise is deeply appreciated? Thank you very much .

It is a cyst in skin. Keratin secretion entrapped as cyst. It is to be removed by cautrisation or surgical inscision. Topical retinoid cream as tretinoin or adappalene is recomanded. It is to be managed by a dermatologist. So consult adematologist.
