Any Suggestion For Suffering From Bilateral Poly Cystic Ovaries?
Hello Doctor, Im Mrs. Sharma 24 years old
im unable to realse egg from my ovaries and i have a irregular period problem for 3 years (Appx it comes after 60 days)
recently i checked with my family doctor, The details are below which was told by doctor, and kindly let me know do i have any problem to have kid in future?????????
im expecting baby soon so kindly advice in such a way to hv baby
TRANS VAGINAL SONO
Uterus anteverted , appears Normal
it measures --6.1 * 2.8 * 3.2cm.
Endometrium echo is thin. ET --2mm
Myometrium is normal
cervix appears normal. Cervical length measures -- 3.0cm.
Both ovaries are mildly enlarged in size and shows multiple follicles.
Right Ovary measures - 4.4 * 2.3cm.
left ovary measures - 3.2 * 1.9 cm
POD Is clear
Impression -- BILATERAL POLYCYSTIC OVARIES

here the day of ultrasound is not mentioned.
if it is immediately after bleeding it is normal. the thin endometrium in the miidle of cycle need D&C TO RULE OUT tuberculosis.
check your FSH,LH,PROLACTIN,SERUM INSULIN FASTING AND postprandial level.
we can induce you for ovulation with hormone injection.
if you dont get ovulation with injection you may need IVF.
TRY simple things first.
consult an infertility specialist.
