Any Suggestion For Suffering From Submucous Fibrosis?

Hi I am suffering from SMF (sub mucos fibrosis...) I started chewing Tobacco ( Gutkha) from 1991 and slowly started devloping SMF. it was in sevior form by 2000. I decided to stop habit and succeded in Dec 2002. Since last 12 yrs not taken any form of tobacco. SLowly SMF releasing but not full. I am doing some exercise but right now mouth is opening 75%...one more thing is one side of mouth is fully released but another side is 75%. please suggest medication for the same.

Hi,

Sub mucous fibrosis is problematic oral condition. It is good that you stopped the bad habit of tobacco. For the good result regarding opening of mouth,you consult the oral surgeon or ENT surgeon. He will give steroid injection in TM joint.
