Hi,

Frequent swelling of the labia minora can be due Bartholin's cyst or other fluid filled cyst. They usually drain on their own. Sitz bath which refers to immersing the lower half of the body in warm water will reduce the discomfort and will also break the cyst releasing the fluid. Antibiotics can be continued for five more days in order to prevent infections.Vaginal hygiene should be maintained.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
