Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
There are plenty of causes for multiple nodules in both lungs.
Unfortunately, the most common cause of multiple lung nodules is cancer that has spread (metastasized) to the lungs from other regions of the body.
There are many benign (non-cancerous) causes of multiple nodules as well. Some possible causes include:
1. Infections-
Tuberculosis, aspergilliosis, echinococcous etc.
2. Autoimmune diseases like Wegeners granulomatosis, sarcoidosis
3. Benign tumours like hamartomas.
As you have elevated blood count in addition to multiple nodules, you may have
blood cancer like
leukemia.
But it is necessary to co-relate with clinical findings to find the exact cause for the multiple lung nodules in both lungs.
You may need the further investigation like sputum cytology and bronchos copy to identify the cause.
Hope this helps,
Wishing you good health.
