Any Suggestion On X-ray Report, "there Is Fibrocalcific Densities Found In Right Lungs" With Suffering From Ulcerative Colitis?

Hi sir.... Today I got my mother in laws xray report wherein the report states that there is fibrocalcific densities found in her right lungs.. I would like to know what is it? And also like to inform you that is suffering from ulcerative collitis from last 4-5 years.

Thanks for your query.
Does she have any past history of tuberculosis? Again she has been treated for ulcerative colitis for last 4-5 years and probably has been treated with many immunosuppressive drugs. Therefore she has every chance of developing pulmonary tuberculosis. Look for the symptoms of TB like weight loss, evening rise of temperature, night sweat, anorexia, cough, expectoration and do have a sputum for acid-fast bacilli examination to exclude TB in this case.
