Any Suggestion To Regularize Periods And Conceive?
hello, i wanted to talk to you about my irregular periods. Me and my husband really want to have a baby but i rarely get my period which obviously makes it difficult. what advice can you give me to start my periods back up again? can you recommend a vitamin or a pill?

It could be a part of PCOS. Consult an infertility specialist and get evaluated. Drugs like OCP (hormonal pills) can be used to regularize the period. In certain difficult cases newer techniques like IVF or ICSI can be attempted.
