Any Suggestions For Vertigo Caused By A Burst Aneurysm ?

I have vertigo caused by a burst aneurysm. Any suggestions? I've done physical therapy, occupational therapy, cognitive therapy, vestibular therapy and Valium therapy. It's the last symptom standing in the way of a normal life.
Any suggestions. I'll try anything.
