Any Thoughts About Vomiting After Lunch Even With Every Drink Of Water Which Stopped With Red Rash In The Face In A 5 Yr Old?

hi my 5 year old started vomiting after lunch at day care yesterday seemed to vomit every drink of water as well this went on until 9.00am this morning.Now he seems pretty good but has little red rash on his face and one bottom cheek what are your thoughts cheers Annie

hi annie, does your child have other complaints like fever, tummy pain, decreased urine. did he eat any food which he had not in the past? does he have allergy to any food? observe the rash wether it is increasing? observe what he ate at lunch and make a note of it.
