Any Treatment For Hydrocele Without Surgery?
Sir i am rajeev form Rajkot Gujarat my age is 27 i am suffering from hydrocele form last 15 years but even not cure my hydrocele,right side testice has hydrocele and left side testice has varicocele kindly give me some good sugestion for the same i not want to surgical operation for the same.

You have Hydrocele on Right side .
Hydrocele is the abnormal collection of serous fluid between two layers of Tunica Vaginalis a sheath that covers the testis mostly secondary to infection r chronic irritation .
There are no medication or any other means to stop this accumulation of serous fluid which gradually increase in size .The only treatment option is to excise the inner layer of Tunica Vaginalis so reduce the secretion of serous fluid which helps to reduce the size of testicle and scrotal sac.
This is a simple surgery and can be done as a out patient procedure .
If neglected it may increase to enormous size over a period of years and there is risk of developing Haematocele due to slight trauma or developing into Pyocele due to infection.
Do not worry and get operated at earliest .
