Any Treatment For Painful Swelling On Buttocks?
I have a swelling on my butt crack just where the crack starts! And its paining a lot whenever I sit in a regular position or sleep in regular position I feel a lot of pain it is not bleeding !and moreover when I go for practise of lawn tennis in that case it also pain a lot! Please help me with my case!

Hi.
As per your case history you a abscess.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for 5-7 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, surgical procedures done by a dermato-surgeon.
