Aorta 4.5. Started Form 4.1 To 4.5. Prevention?

i have my aorta 4.5
i am in danger . this started 2001 4.1 now 4.5
all test are right except ct chest and ultrasound
i have been attending annually a cardio MD just for rutina since i was 35, now i am 63 years young
y will be going to a cardiologist surgen to get a muga scan, what else , is there a way to prevent that it will continue enlarging!!!!!!

Thanks for your query to us.
Your query does not detail that what is the most probable cause of aortic root enlargement in your case neither it tells if there is associated aortic regurgitation.
However in general, if you have high blood pressure, a good control of blood pressure helps is prevention of rapid enlargement of aortic root. In cases of cystic medial degeneration, a beta-blocker usually help.
