I have been looking into diet pills especialy alli, how ever they will only prescibe these pills to people with a BMI of 28 or over, i want to know if i took these pills would it be harmfull to me?
As i see your body mass index (BMI) is normal. An normal weight have BMI between 18.5 - 24.9. Through diet and exercise, it's reasonable to lose up to 1 pound (0.5 kilogram) a week. It might take six months or even longer to return to your pre-pregnancy weight, whether you're breast-feeding or not. Even then, your weight might be distributed differently from how it was before pregnancy. This is my best advice. About Alli diet pills may help you lose weight, but the weight loss will likely be modest — perhaps just a few pounds more than you would lose with diet and exercise alone. And it may cause gastrointestinal side effects ,related to undigested fats passing through your digestive system.
Hope this information is helpful to you Best regards
