Are Calcirol Sachets Advisable For Low Vitamin D And Growth Pain?

Can i take calcirol satchet once a month as my vit d level is low 10 units. I take it when i feel back pain & it relieves the pain. Same with my 7 year old daughter when she complains growing pain in legs it relieves the pain for her Is it safe to do so

In My opinion you can take calirol sachet for your decreased levels of vit. d but not for back pain and pain in legs. Your daughter is young enough and she can take other supplements like milk powders and all in stead of taking calcirol. The pain in legs and back can have may other reasons so i would not recommend you to have it for pain. Also having calcirol in continuation for longer time can cause calcium deposition which is again a problem so do not continue it for longer time
